Three heartwarming workshops, around 60 creative participants, and countless moments of connection:
In Lenzburg and Aarau, we celebrated the Ukrainian tradition of Pysanka egg painting – a symbol of life, resilience, and solidarity.
At our Charity Market, beautifully donated items were offered – including hand-painted ornaments, honey, meringues, bookmarks, greeting cards, and more.
All proceeds went directly to support children at a school in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine – helping provide safe spaces and art therapy. Please read more about this in our blog at Protection and Hope in a War Zone: Progress in Zaporizhzhia
A heartfelt thank you to:
- all participants, volunteers and donors
- Freizeitwerkstatt Lenzburg
- Reformierte Kirche Aarau
- Aargauer Zeitung & Lenzburger Bezirks-Anzeiger
- Ukrainian Photo Diary
…and everyone who helped bring hope to life.
Each Pysanka carried a message of care.
Thank you for being part of it! Happy Easter!
