Ukraine Recovery Aid warmly invites you to a unique cultural event organized within the framework of the ongoing project by the association “Art Connects Cultures”.
Discover the fascinating art of Pysanka – the traditional Ukrainian decoration of Easter eggs, recognized on the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Pysanky are intricately decorated eggs filled with mystical symbols and hidden wishes, featuring designs of the sun, stars, animals, and plants that carry meanings of hope, protection, and good fortune.
Using the traditional wax-resist technique and a special tool called a Pysachok, you will create your own unique masterpiece – a heartfelt gift for loved ones or a meaningful keepsake for yourself. All proceeds from the event will go towards the humanitarian projects of the association.
